Personalized goal-setting session to generate a specific action plan to achieve your intentions over the next 5 weeks.


03: 30-min
Refine
Check in on goals, which might result in establishing new goals or troubleshooting barriers to success on current goals.
04: 60-min
Reflect
Re-assessment of well-being/lifestyle factors + reflecting on key shifts and how to maintain them after our coaching container ends.
