I can help you transform your relationship with...

Food,
Exercise, &
Your Body

I offer a compassionate, mindfulness-based approach to achieving your specific health goals, while learning to love yourself in the process. My 3-month protocol is designed to pair with a Semaglutide weight-loss protocol (in collaboration with Samantha Lau NP of ElevateHER) or stand alone for women seeking to transform their relationship with food, exercise, and their body.

With a background in nutrition and exercise physiology as an award-winning Ironman Triathlete, I have the knowledge to help you implement dietary and movement plans. But my personal journey has taught me two crucial lessons:

  1. There's no "perfect" diet or exercise plan, so personalization is key.

  2. You might look "good" on the outside, but inside be plagued by self-doubt, low self-esteem, and feelings of never being good enough.

My 3-month coaching protocol will help you build a healthy physical foundation by targeting eating habits, movement practices, sleep, and your physical environment. But we don't stop there. We also delve into your relationship with yourself and others, so you can re-write self-limiting beliefs and surround yourself with people who lift you up (and set boundaries with those who don't). Finally, we delve into your "why" — who are you, really, and what are you here to do? By the end of our time together, you should feel like the most vital, vibrant, creative, purposeful, authentic version of yourself.

My Healing Journey

As I began a rigorous PhD program, both of my parents were diagnosed with cancer. To manage my stress levels, I sought control over food and exercise. I wanted my body to be "perfect" -- I thought that if I could achieve "perfect" health, I could unlock the secret to save my parents and protect myself from getting cancer too. Besides, that "perfect" body gave me confidence in the cutthroat environment of academia. I found immense stress relief in training for marathons and Ironman triathlons, but I became obsessed. By trying to control every aspect of my food, exercise, and body, I severed my connection to my authentic self. I lost my intuition -- not to mention my menstrual cycle -- and it took eight years to heal from these toxic behaviors and thought patterns...

Today, I have a fully healthy, thriving female body to which I feel a deep, loving connection. I am passionate about helping other women find a similar relationship with their body, food, and exercise. Whether your problems pertain to weight loss or weight gain, motivation to exercise, or feelings of shame or loathing toward your body, you have my infinite compassion and empathy... and I can support you in making positive changes.
